What time can we check in?
Between 3pm and 5pm. Checkout is by 12 noon.
Where do we park?
Inside the property, two cars per chalet. Please reverse park. More can be arranged in advance, otherwise park on the road.
Can we get food delivered?
Grab Food is extremely limited here. Shop on the way at Agro Bazaar Rakyat or the Bukit Tinggi minimarts, or use the poolside kitchen.
Will we have phone signal?
Yes, signal is good, and Wi-Fi is also available on site.
